Our Fee Structre

 

 

McCord Recruitment Services is a growing recruitment business offering a full recruitment service.

 

In addition to our 2-Month Guarantee period on all permanent placements, our recruitment service also offers a competitive, flat fee structure.

 

Our fees are fully transparent with no hidden costs. You always know what our recruitment service will cost you.

 

 

Permanent Recruitment

 

Our transparent fee structure is calculated on BASE salary only.

 

For all successful permanent placements, our fee is 15% of annual base salary.

 

If the Engagement terminates before the expiry of 12 weeks from the commencement of the Engagement (except where the Applicant is made redundant) the fee will be refunded in accordance with the following scale of refund.

 

Termination in:

  • Weeks 1 to 4 – Refund 50% of total fee OR Free Replacement Candidate
  • Weeks 5 to 8 – Refund 30% of total fee Or Free Replacement Candidate
  • Weeks 9 to 12 – Refund 10% of total fee

 

In the instance where McCord Recruitment Services presents shortlisted candidates to your organisation, and you then identify the candidates as already existing on your database, our fee is payable if you had previously not approached the candidate about the role in question, and they are hired by your organisation.

 

Payment Terms

Invoices for Placements fees will be issued on the Candidates start date. Our standard payment terms for all permanent recruitment placements are 14 days from receipt of invoice. To qualify rebates please read our terms and conditions and payment terms. 

 

Replacement Guarantee

In the event that a candidate placed by us and employed by you, be unsatisfactory or leaves your employment within the first 8 weeks, we guarantee to replace “that” candidate (for the same position) at no additional cost to you.

 

A replacement will not be provided in circumstances where the termination or departure of our placed candidate was due to redundancy or company restructure or restructuring of the position, misrepresentation of the position by the employer, redeployment or relocation, or candidate gong on maternity leave. If it is shown that a candidate leaves their employment within the first 2-month period due to any form of mental, emotional, physical disability harassment or bullying, the replacement guarantee will not apply. Replacement Guarantee will not apply if payment has not been received within 14 days as per our Payment Terms.
